So this really IS big news. After two months of tearing down walls, putting up walls, building in, painting, hanging and cleaning (lots of cleaning) the Union Gallery is now open for business! I searched high and low for a gallery space that would be both convenient to get to for those in the city, as well as those coming from outside the GTA and believe I found the perfect spot. Located right in the heart of Toronto within the popular entertainment district, it’s easily accessible from major highways and has plenty of available parking just steps away from the door. It’s also a 5 min walk from the Spadina subway line and only steps from TTC.
The space is in true gallery format, with hung canvas prints and plenty of viewing space. As a bonus, there is also a comfy lounge / meeting area and a bar! My only problem now, will be getting people out the door at the end of meetings
And now, like a proud father, I get to show off some photos of the space.
